What we collect
Information you submit on our forms (name, property address, phone, email, timeline, reason for selling) and marketing metadata (UTM source/medium/campaign, landing page, gclid). Basic technical info may be collected (IP, device/browser) for security and analytics.
How we use it
To evaluate your property, contact you about an offer, schedule visits/closings, improve our site and ads, and keep records required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with (service providers only)
Customer relationship & messaging tools (e.g., Close CRM, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, Slack), form/email delivery (e.g., Site Mailer/SMTP, Google Workspace), automation (e.g., Zapier), web hosting (EasyWP/Namecheap), and analytics/ads platforms (e.g., Google). These providers process data only to help us operate our business.
Retention
Lead/contact data is kept for up to 24 months after last activity, or longer if needed for transactions, accounting, or legal obligations. You can request deletion (see “Your rights”).
