We are a real estate investment company that purchases residential properties directly from owners. We are a principal buyer acting for our own account. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, and we do not represent sellers or charge commissions. Offers
Any offer we make is subject to property evaluation, title review, and execution of a written purchase agreement signed by both parties. Until a written agreement is signed, no offer is binding on either party, and we may withdraw or modify an offer at any time. Requesting an offer costs nothing and creates no obligation.

Intellectual property
The Site’s content, branding, and design are our property or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written consent.
